Carlos Salicru (Barcelona, 1968) obtained a Master in Business Administration at the ESADE business school. Through the CEMS Alliance of European Business Schools he obtained a MIM (Master in International Management) at the University of Bocconi, Milan.

His career first began in Italy: after an initial experience at the Procter & Gamble Group, he worked for Barilla, initially managing the launch of the new range "Le Fantasie", then of the premium range "Selezione Oro".

Upon returning to Barcelona, he was summoned by the Snacks division of Frito-Lay (PepsiCo Group), where he was appointed to a series of positions in Marketing, Trade Marketing and Product Innovation, culminating in Strategic Project Manager for Mediterranean Countries.

He returned to Italy in 2006, initially working for Galbani, then Coca-Cola HBC, where in his capacity as Group Marketing Director, he was strategic manager for twenty-eight countries.

He moved to McArthurGlen in 2013, European leader of designer outlets, as Head of Marketing for Southern Europe.

He first entered the BKey Consulting team in 2017.
During his time with us he has managed the launch of a new brand, "Le Stagioni d'Italia”, onto the Italian market on behalf of Bonifiche Ferraresi.
