Born in Piacenza in 1968, married with two children. He graduated in economics and commerce from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. During the first years of his managerial career, he completed his training following various managerial courses in marketing, business administration, brand strategy, and media investment, completing his formal education with a Master's in Innovation & Digital Transformation at the IMD Business School. His professional career progressed for the next 12 years, growing in marketing and commercial roles within leading national and multinational companies such as Zaini, Danone, Kellogg's, Heinz.

In 2001 he held the role of European Strategic Senior Innovation Manager in Kellogg's Headquarters, dealing with the launch of the Disney / Kellogg's project and the development of the Convenience Food world. In 2005 he joined Conad Nazionale with the role of Head of Private Brand, relaunching the Conad Brand and in the last two years there he also held the role of National Category Manager.

In 2015 with the role of Commercial Director of Fresh Products he joined the Carrefour group and participated in the relaunch of the distribution format with the study and implementation of the Hypermarket Concept in Carugate, the Supermarket Gourmet concept, the Carrefour Express and the catering segment. In 2021 he left traditional retail and managed the Italian launch of the new Q-Commerce and Instant Delivery GORILLAS with the role of Chief Commercial Officer, creating and managing the entire commercial, supply chain and e-commerce structure.
