Luca Gazocchi (Rome, 1962) graduated in Business and Economics at the Guido Carli Free International University for Social Studies and obtained a Master in Business Administration at the School of Corporate Administration, Turin. He went on to specialise in international marketing at the SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan, and the INSEAD, Fontainebleau.

He worked in the marketing sector for twenty-two years, during which time he was appointed to increasingly senior positions in national and multinational companies, including the Ice Cream &Frozen Food division of the Unilever Group (formerly Sagit), Barilla (specifically, he managed the Mulino Bianco, Pasta Barilla, Voiello and the international launch of the ready-to-use sauces category), and Danone.

In 1999 he entered Kellogg's Italia as Director of Marketing.

In 2003 he left the food sector and dedicated himself to relaunching the prestigious Italian brand Maserati, as Global Marketing Director.

In 2005, as CEO he managed the Food Project of the private equity fund Lcapital and was appointed to merge and manage FINI SPA and Conserve della Nonna.

He founded BKey Consulting in 2009, together with Marco Carrucciu. In his capacity as company director he has managed an array of consulting projects in person, for companies such as Ferrari SpA, Arc International, Dulevo International SpA, Vortice SpA, Gruppo Italiano Vini, and many more.
