Passionate about innovation, strategy, and organization, Stefano Battioni has over thirty years of experience in the international Food & Beverage markets.

His professional career began at Colgate Palmolive and continued at Barilla, where he worked for 23 years and had the opportunity to work on all product categories, both Bakery and Pasta, in Italy and abroad.

In 1996, he is appointed Vice President of Marketing for the newly established Barilla America, where he actively contributed to the launch of the brand and its establishment in the US market.

In 2008, he joined the multinational ILLVA Saronno, gradually advancing to the role of CEO by supporting the company’s strategic evolution, international distribution network development, and M&A operations.

Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of ILLVA, Chang Yu Wines in China, the Modi Illva Joint Venture in India, and Royal Oak Distillery in Ireland.
