BKey Consulting’s new senior partners: Marchese and Baldin
BKey Consulting welcomes two new senior partners: Francesco Marchese, with experience in Barilla, Colgate and LG, and Gianfranco Baldin, with experience in KPMG, Marzotto and Fiat Auto. BKey Consulting is a business marketing and general management consulting firm with offices in Vicenza and Modena. It was founded in 2009 by Luca Gazocchi and Marco Carrucciu, and offers consulting services to small and medium businesses in the food, furniture, automotive, construction and retail sectors. Giancarlo Masini is also a senior partner, together with the two founders.
Francesco Marchese, 56, from Pistoia, worked in Barilla for 10 years in both the sales and pasta marketing departments before joining Colgate, where he grew to become director of sales for Italy. In 2008 he landed a role as COO in LG Italy, becoming CEO of Vorwerk Management in 2012, president of the board of directors and sales director for Vorwerk, the “Bimby” product dealer.

Gianfranco Baldin, 57, from Padova, boasts a twenty-year experience in finance, working for multinationals operating in various sectors. After he left KPMG, he continued his career in large listed groups such as Marzotto, where he was accounting manager; Lanerossi as director of the company’s textile division; Carraro as planning director and international affiliates manager; and FIAT Auto, first as finance manager for Maserati, then as production control director. Over the course of the past year he has functioned as global chief operating officer of Trend Group and managing director of Trend SpA.
